The individual files provide the baseline methodology for the evaluation of submitted applications and proposals. The methodology shall be adjusted to reflect the project goals, the nature of the contract, social and economic considerations and relevant contract conditions.

The individual files provide the templates for evaluation of applications or proposals, as appropriate, submitted during specific procurement processes. The templates are aligned with the evaluation methodologies provided in the SPD 2023.
