Star Venture is sector agnostic*, backing startups led by technical founders with strong teams at pre Series A stage, with proven product/market fit, early commercial traction and high growth potential.
Eligible startups should be active in one of the EBRD’s countries of operations or have most of their development/engineering team and substantial product development operations located in EBRD regions.
* With the exception of military products or services, gambling, and tobacco
