One-to-one strategy workshops

The First Step in Your Star Venture Journey

Shortly after joining the programme, you will participate in structured, hands-on, one-to-one strategy workshops designed to help you identify your key growth opportunities and barriers and shape your engagement with Star Venture by identifying priority areas for advisory support. Delivered through five 2-hour online sessions over three days, in partnership with the University of Cambridge's Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), the workshops are based on a proven methodology used with 1,000+ businesses.

Business Advisory

Bespoke consulting projects to solve your biggest challenges and accelerate your growth

At EBRD Star Venture, we understand that every startup faces unique challenges. That’s why our business advisory services are fully customised to your specific needs, ensuring that you receive expert guidance to overcome barriers and unlock new growth opportunities.

Building on the insights from your Business Diagnostics Workshop, you’ll gain across 24 months, access to highly qualified local and international consultants who can support you across key business areas including but not limited to:

- Go To Market: sales, marketing, customer segmentation
- Operations: organization design, processes, product
- Technology: data, AI/ML, cloud, IT
- Finance: modelling, fundraising, cost, accounting

Digital perks

At Star Venture, we partner with leading global providers to offer startups access to digital tools and infrastructure that support their growth. Through collaborations with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Founders Hub, eligible startups can benefit from tailored cloud solutions and technical support.

Benefits include:

- AWS credits: US$5,000 valid for two years, redeemable across all AWS services
- Microsoft Azure credits: up to US$150,000 via Founders Hub, plus dedicated infrastructure support

Access is provided through an online application and approval process.

Access to Star Venture network

At EBRD Star Venture, startups gain access to a global network of investors and mentors, with opportunities for curated introductions, participation in key startup events, and connections to a global alumni community.

Through corporate partnerships, Star Venture also provides, access to selective, strategic and sector-specific expertise by collaborating with leading organisations.
