Business Diagnostics Workshop

The First Step in Your Star Venture Journey

Shortly after joining the programme, you will participate in the Business Diagnostics Workshop, a structured, hands-on session designed to help you identify your key growth opportunities and shape your engagement with Star Venture. Delivered in partnership with the University of Cambridge's Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), this workshop is based on a proven methodology used with 1,000+ corporates and SMEs worldwide.

How We Support Your Fundraising Journey

• Investor pitching: In collaboration with Seedstars, we organise pitching events during the programme, enabling you to receive direct investor feedback to refine your pitch and fundraising strategy.
• Workshops and info-sessions: You will learn how to attract and pitch to investors through targeted workshops.
• Fundraising advisory: Work with expert fundraising consultants to develop investment strategies and negotiate deals.
• Introductions to VC funds: Through EBRD’s extensive network, we connect start-ups with local and regional VCs and CVCs for potential investment and collaboration.
• Crowdfunding support: Get tailored advisory services on equity crowdfunding and capital market funding.

Access to markets

Connecting with the right investors, partners, and clients is key to scaling your start-up. With the support of Star Venture, you can attend global conferences, industry events, and high-impact business meetings. Start-ups can propose a business matching trip to any event, conference, or location that aligns with their strategic goals and growth objectives. Examples of conferences that start-ups can attend include: InnoVEX, web summit, GITEX Global, London Tech Week, How To Web, GITEX Africa Morocco.
