Project Description

An equity commitment of up to EUR 15 million in favour of EOS Hellenic Renaissance Fund RAIF -SCA (the "Fund").

Project Objectives

The Fund will seek to make equity, quasi-equity and equity related investments in small and mediumsized enterprises in Greece, with the objective of achieving long-term capital growth.

Transition Impact

The Bank's investment will provide long-term financing to small - and medium-sized enterprises in Greece. It will strengthen the resilience of the domestic financial sector by developing alternative sources of funding and expanding private equity as an asset class, while at the same time enhancing the operational efficiency of Greek SMEs and improving their overall competitiveness.
