The EBRD’s Women in Business programme is launching Business Lens, an innovative online platform designed to give women entrepreneurs in 16 countries a new perspective on their business.

This unique, free platform offers a tailored self-assessment that highlights the strengths and opportunities within their business – and then matches them with the activities offered under the Women in Business programme and to the partner financial institutions.

Business Lens also provides information on international best practice in each of seven areas: financial management & performance, market knowledge, marketing & sales, human resources, strategy & organisation, risk management and operations.

The process is simple: register online, fill in the questionnaire and get your results.

You can also find out more about what we’re doing under the programme in different countries. To help people remember, we came up with a simple idea: business lenses!

You’ll see these colourful sunglasses (with www.ebrdwomeninbusiness.com, the url of the website to find Business Lens on the inside arm) across social media as we start spreading the word about Business Lens.
