INVITATION FOR TENDERS
Contract Name: Energy efficiency improvement and rehabilitation of Neurology and Neurosurgery Institute, ref. MEEP/W/1.2.1
This Invitation for Tenders is issued by Moldova Energy Project Implementation Unit, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”, who intends using part of the proceeds of a loans received from European Investment Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development towards the cost of Energy efficiency improvement and rehabilitation of Neurology and Neurosurgery Institute.
The Client now invites tenders from prospective tenderers for the aforementioned contract.
The procedure is conducted in accordance with open procedure as described in the Guide to procurement for projects financed by the EIB (2024 edition).

Access to Tender Documents
No fee is required for obtaining the tender documents in electronic format.
However, if requested in hard copy, the documents may be purchased upon submission of a written request to the above-mentioned address and payment of a non-refundable fee.
The non-refundable fee amounts to:
- EUR 200.00 (two hundred Euro), net of bank charges – for collection of the printed documents from the MEPIU office; or
- EUR 500.00 (five hundred fifty Euro), net of bank charges – for courier delivery of the printed documents.
Payment shall be made by bank transfer to one of the MEPIU accounts (details provided upon request).
Proof of payment (SWIFT confirmation) must be submitted prior to the release of the printed documents.
