IMPORTANT MESSAGE - Project Procurement is conducted using the EBRD Client eProcurement Portal (ECEPP) portal. Procurement, prequalification, shortlisting, and contract award notices posted by EBRD Clients for EBRD Loan or EBRD Administered Grant financed contracts for goods, works, and consultancy services are now only published on ECEPP.
Suppliers, contractors, service providers, and consultants wishing to respond to EBRD project procurement business opportunities are encouraged to register in ECEPP to access and take part in procurements under EBRD contracts.
Procurement for some EBRD-financed contracts will not be conducted through ECEPP. For these types of procurements, the relevant procurement notices for goods, works, services, and consultancy services are published below.
