The main objective of the workshop is to enable the business community to participate more effectively in opportunities created through government- and donor-funded projects in Ukraine. The workshop aims to equip participants with:

  •  an overview of IFI portfolios in Ukraine (World Bank, EBRD, EIB, and CEB);
  • information on Ukraine Relief, Recovery, Reconstruction, and Reform Trust Fund (URTF) emergency programs;
  • key aspects of procurement rules and procedures of Ukraine and the IFIs;
  • tips for preparing acceptable bids and proposals;
  • mechanisms for resolving bidders’ complaints;
  • an overview of the government e-procurement system “Prozorro,” including key upgrades to facilitate bidder participation.

Registration is not mandatory for online participation and businesses wishing to participate in person must register and indicate this preference no later than May 1, 2026. However, prior registration is encouraged for online participation also via the link above to allow us to maintain records for future use.

Due to limited space for in-person participation, organizers may prioritize attendees to ensure representation across sectors if requests exceed capacity. Confirmation emails will be sent to those accepted for in-person participation. Only participants who receive such confirmation email should attend in person.

We believe business’s participation in this workshop will enhance their ability to participate more effectively in upcoming opportunities in Ukraine.
