Contract awards notification

Below Details of Awards, as per “Instructions to Tenderers” paragraph 35: “Notification of Awards”, contained in the “Harmonised Tender Document” used by our clients for the procurement of goods, works and associated services in projects financed by the EBRD. Details of these Awards will be removed from this page after 12 months of Publication.

Following publication of these details, unsuccessful tenderers may request in writing to the Employer for a debriefing seeking explanation on the grounds on which their Tenders were not selected. The Employer shall promptly respond in writing to any unsuccessful tenderer who, after Publication of contract award, requests a debriefing.
