Membership in the EBRD Alumni Association (the “Association”) is open to all eligible individuals, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other characteristic. 

The Association is committed to promoting equal rights, diversity, and inclusion within its membership and activities. The Association strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment to all its members. The Association promotes the mission of fostering a community of alumni who embody Bank’s standards of conduct and integrity.

Respect and civility
Members commit to treat fellow members with respect, kindness, and professionalism. The Association operates a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour, including conduct on social media. Members commit to maintain a constructive attitude in all interactions and avoid engaging in any behaviour that may harm the reputation of the Bank, the Association, and its members.

Confidentiality
Members commit to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and refrain from sharing members only information available on alumni platform without explicit consent of the individuals involved.

Joining the Alumni Association
On the second working day of each month, HR provides the Alumni Association with the list of staff who exited the Bank in the previous month. The Alumni Association completes enrolment of all new alumni by the seventh calendar day of the month and issues a formal welcome message with details on access to alumni platforms.

Right to revoke membership
The Association reserves the right to revoke membership of any person at any point who may present a reputational risk to the Bank through their activities.
