Lori Coretchi

Lori joined the EBRD in September 2021 as Alumni Association Coordinator within the Communications department under the overall oversight of the Managing Director, Communications.

She leads the Association’s engagement and communications programme, working across the Bank to maintain relationships with alumni and identify ways in which their experience and expertise can support the EBRD's objectives.

Since joining the Bank, Lori has overseen the continued development of the Association; she has transformed Alumni Insights, introduced new engagement formats, launched the Pass It On knowledge-transfer initiative, expanded engagement between alumni and Bank leadership, and developed the Association's digital presence on ebrd.com.

Lori works closely with Communications leadership, the Chair, alumni members, Bank leadership and business areas across the EBRD. She serves as the principal point of contact for the global alumni community and is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the Association's programme.

Before joining the Bank, Lori spent 12 years in the private sector at a global software development company in London, where she was responsible for operational management processes. Earlier in her career she worked with diplomatic missions, non-governmental and intergovernmental organisations on initiatives supporting democracy and human rights in her native Moldova. She speaks five languages.
