The Central Asia Nature Partnership (CANP) is a collaboration between Germany’s Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMUKN) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Established in response to the Joint Declaration by Heads of State of Central Asia and the Federal Chancellor of Germany in 2023, this partnership aims to increase nature-positive investments across Central Asia, which have potential to be replicated at scale.
