EBRD Terms and Conditions of Purchase (Goods and Services)

The EBRD Terms and Conditions of Purchase (Goods and Services) V3.1.1 apply to all Purchase Orders issued by the EBRD on or after 1 October 2022.

The EBRD Terms and Conditions of Purchase (Goods and Services) V3.1 apply to all Purchase Orders issued by the EBRD on or after 21 February 2017 and before 1 October 2022.

The EBRD Terms and Conditions of Purchase (Goods and Services) V2.2 apply to all Purchase Orders issued by the EBRD on or after 17 August 2012 and before 21 February 2017.

The EBRD Terms and Conditions of Purchase (Goods and Services) V2.0 apply to all Purchase Orders issued by the EBRD after 15 August 2010 and before 17 August 2012.
