Felix Green

Treasurer

Felix Green is the Managing Director, Treasury of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

In this role, Mr Green is responsible for the Bank’s Treasury activities. Mr Green, a dual New Zealand and British national, brings extensive international experience across Treasury, Finance, Risk and Markets, having held senior roles in the UAE, Singapore, London and New Zealand.

Prior to joining the EBRD, Mr Green served as Group Treasurer at First Abu Dhabi Bank, where he led the Treasury Prudential function with a strong focus on risk management. He oversaw the Liquidity and Funding business and a substantial fixed income asset portfolio, managing a global team across Europe, Asia, the United States and the GCC. He was a member of key governance committees, including ALCO, Balance Sheet, Risk, Models and Finance.

Earlier in his career, Mr Green relocated from London to Singapore to establish UBS’s bank treasury operations for Asia. He later joined Barclays, where he held a number of senior roles, including Director and Head of Treasury Balance Sheet Management for Asia, and Managing Director, Asia Treasurer and Head of Treasury Funding & Investments. Across these positions, he led large, diverse teams across Asia Pacific, with responsibility for capital, liquidity, funding and fixed income portfolios.
