Agnieszka Lukasik

A dual Polish-British national, Agnieszka was part of the first cohort of the Graduate Programme between mid 1993 and early 1995, and then joined the Transport team where her career progressed and she reached the Senior Banker level in 2003. Agnieszka became the Adviser to the First Vice President in 2013, before becoming Director of the FVP’s Office in 2015. At the end of 2018, she moved to Portfolio Business Group as the Director, Sustainable Infrastructure Debt. In this role, Agnieszka set up the team responsible for the oversight of the large SIG debt portfolio of EUR 29 billion. Agnieszka has also represented Banking in the key operational initiatives such as the recent update of the Environmental and Social Policy and Procurement Policies and Rules (PPRs) as well as the ongoing grant funding initiatives.
