On 11 March 2025, a complaint was submitted to IPAM by lawyers representing two families in Tesanj, BiH, regarding the Corridor Vc – Doboj Bypass (OP ID 50603) section Putnikovo Brdo – Medakovo, near the Hrastik tunnel. The Requesters claim that since 2022 have been suffering from noise, dust, and vibrations due to the motorway construction, which is particularly affecting children and the elderly as they are located within 13 m from the motorway. Their access has been restricted, and one property has suffered structural damage because of the demolition of nearby houses. Requesters further allege that due to improper assessment of impacts, their properties were not included in the expropriation plan. They have been in contact with the Client and EBRD requesting expropriation, however, no action has been undertaken so far.
