Nazrin Huseinzade

Compliance Associate

Nazrin Huseinzade, a Ukrainian national, is a Compliance Associate at IPAM. A human rights lawyer by training, she brings a strong background in business and human rights, with an academic focus on forced labour in global supply chains.

Ms Huseinzade began her career with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the International Criminal Court, and Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation. Before joining the EBRD, she worked in human rights consulting in Sweden, where she led field research and conducted human rights impact assessments of third-country subsidiaries and suppliers of Nordic multinationals.

She holds a BA in Public International Law from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University and an MA in International and Comparative Law from Trinity College Dublin.

Nazrin is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, and has working knowledge of French, Swedish, Azerbaijani, and Turkish.
