Duygu Saykan-Ruso

Duygu Saykan-Ruso, a Turkish national, leads on the Communications, Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement function of IPAM.
Prior to joining EBRD, she primarily worked with organisations such as the European Union (as part of the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance I, II and Facility for Refugees in Türkiye programmes), United Nations, World Bank, and specialised in various sectoral areas such as forced migration, formal employment, gender equality and women’s empowerment, vocational education and public diplomacy.
Duygu brings to IPAM an academic background through a BA degree in communications and an MA degree from Goldsmiths College of University of London in broadcast journalism. She is fluent in Turkish and English.
