Anne Zaki

Intake and Problem Solving Lead

Anne Zaki, an Egyptian national, is the Associate Director for Intake and Problem Solving at IPAM. She is an experienced professional with a strong background in mediation and problem-solving in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts.

Before joining the EBRD, Ms Zaki held senior leadership positions at Bolt, Meta, the International Committee of the Red Cross, the International Rescue Committee, and Synergy for Justice, working extensively across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She specialises in human rights, social impact, public policy, and stakeholder engagement, and has led programmes in both stable and conflict-affected environments.

She is committed to advancing responsible technology governance, strengthening the social license to operate for private sector actors, and supporting communities in fragile and high-risk settings to have a voice in decisions affecting them.

She holds a master's in Migration and Intercultural Relations and a bachelor's in business administration, and is fluent in English and Arabic.
