Alicia Benito Martinez

Alicia Benito Martinez, a British and Spanish national, is on an 18-month secondment with IPAM, and holds the position of Acting Analyst at IPAM. In this role, she supports the intake and registration function and contributes to stakeholder engagement and case management.

Ms Benito Martinez brings over 10 years of experience at the EBRD, with a strong background in stakeholder coordination, information and document management, and support to senior decision-making processes. Prior to joining IPAM, she served as Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Policy and Partnerships, and earlier in her career gained experience in the private sector at Santander.

She is a certified mediator and holds a BA in English and German, as well as postgraduate diplomas in Translation and Marketing. She is also fluent in English and Spanish and has a good working knowledge of French and German.
