Financial Report 2025
The EBRD recorded a net profit of €1.3 billion in 2025, reflecting resilient financial performance and continued delivery on its strategic priorities.
The Financial Report 2025 includes the approved and audited financial statements that are required to be submitted under Article 27 of the Agreement Establishing the EBRD and Section 13 of its By-Laws, as well as additional reporting and disclosures on the Bank’s risk management, corporate governance and structure.
