IEvD Self-Assessment 2021–25

The IEvD Self-assessment 2021–2025 is a slide-based report reflecting the Independent Evaluation Department's progress against the Strategic Plan objectives, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. This self-assessment will inform the next external review of the EBRD evaluation function, as required by the revised Evaluation Policy and following the precedent set by the 2019 "Kirk Report."
