How Ukrainian homes are building energy resilience

Author: Anastasia Dolmatova

“Behind every reform is a practical result: warmer homes, more reliable power and greater resilience for Ukrainian people.”

Since 2016, the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture, supported by the EBRD, has contributed to more than 1,500 policies, laws and projects, including the government’s SvitloDim programme.

This work is helping drive reforms across energy, infrastructure, agriculture, climate, human capital and other key sectors, supporting Ukraine’s recovery and long-term resilience.

The programme is funded by the EBRD Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account, whose contributors are Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States, as well as the European Union.
