How a Ukrainian toy factory keeps running

Author: Nina Tsintsadze

Despite war and power cuts, this Ukrainian toy maker keeps production, and hope, alive.

In Rivne, Ukraine, VIP-TOYS is keeping production going despite frequent power cuts and wartime conditions.

With support from the EBRD and the European Union, and financing through Ukrgasbank, the company invested in solar energy to secure a more reliable power supply.

This helps keep production running, protects jobs for more than 60 employees and ensures toys continue to reach families across Ukraine and beyond.
