The residents of an apartment building in Sarajevo teamed up to make their building a more comfortable and energy efficient home thanks to an investment in new thermal insulation and energy efficient windows.
The project was finance under the EBRD’s Green Economy Financing Facility (GEFF) with the support from European Union, the Western Balkans Investment Framework and the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance.
