Flower business Ukraflora faced delayed deliveries of its goods due to extensive customs check at the border.
It is one of over 3,000 cases to date solved by the Business Ombudsman Council.
The ombudsman’s activities are funded by the EBRD Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account.
The contributors are: Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union, the largest donor.
