The EBRD is pleased to invite you to the Kenya Capital Markets Development Event 2026, a high-level conference bringing together leading voices from across Kenya’s financial and capital markets under the theme “Supporting Kenya’s next capital markets growth story” that will be held in person only, in Nairobi. 

The event will provide a platform for senior policymakers, regulators, financial institutions, issuers, investors, development finance institutions, market intermediaries and the EBRD to exchange perspectives on the opportunities and challenges shaping the next phase of Kenya’s capital markets development. 

The day will feature senior-level plenary discussions, keynote perspectives and interactive technical sessions, exploring how Kenya can deepen and diversify capital markets financing, strengthen market infrastructure and liquidity, support the development of new products, advance sustainable finance, and expand access to capital markets for businesses. 

Participants will also have opportunities to connect and exchange views with key market stakeholders, with discussions designed to encourage practical dialogue and identify priorities for further market development.
