- EBRD starts public consultation on new draft Energy Sector Strategy 2024-28

- New Energy Sector Strategy then goes before EBRD’s Board of Directors
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is starting public consultation on a new draft Energy Sector Strategy for the period 2024-2028 and invites the public to contribute.
During the public consultation phase, the Bank welcomes comments on the draft of the new strategy, in accordance with the EBRD’s Access to Information Directive, approved in April 2019.
Comments on the draft Energy Sector Strategy 2024-2028 should be submitted in writing by 15 September 2023 to energysectorstrategy@ebrd.com.
Strategies set out the principles of the EBRD’s operations and guide the Bank’s investments. The new draft energy sector strategy will be subject to the approval by the EBRD’s Board of Directors.
