The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has appointed Subhash Chandra Jose as its new Managing Director for Information Technology. He will be responsible for all aspects of the Bank’s information technology (IT) operations and digital objectives. He takes up the position on 12 September.
An Indian national, Mr Chandra Jose is a seasoned IT and transformation professional, who brings a wealth of relevant international experience to the role.
He joined the EBRD from ING Group, where he held various IT leadership positions across Europe. Prior to that, Mr Chandra Jose spent a number of years at Tata Consultancy Services.
During his career, he has amassed numerous industry accolades and awards and has been included in the CIO 100 Award List several times.
As Managing Director for Information Technology, he succeeds Richard Williams, who recently retired from the Bank.
