Lisa Rosen has taken on the role as the new EBRD Chief Compliance Officer. Ms Rosen has 20 years of legal and compliance experience in the USA and the United Kingdom. She joins the Bank from the global clearing house LCH.Clearnet and her earlier career was with Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital.
Ms Rosen succeeds Enery Quinones, who joined the Bank in 2004 as Head of the Office of the Chief Compliance Officer and created a strong and effective compliance culture that maintains the highest standards of integrity.
EBRD President Sir Suma Chakrabarti said: “We welcome Lisa Rosen to the Bank and look forward to working with her. As Chief Compliance Officer she is holding a key position especially in our drive to emphasise the role of good governance and creating a favourable business environment.”
“At the same time we are saying farewell to Enery Quinones with gratitude and appreciation for the tremendous job she did at the EBRD. We wish her all the best for her future,” Sir Suma concluded.
