Foreign investors consistently cite the Baltic region as one of Europe’s most resilient and responsive, characterised by sound macroeconomic management, digital maturity and an enabling business climate. To stay ahead, these countries now need targeted investment to flow into the strategic sectors that will shape the next decade.
