The EBRD’s Strategy Implementation Plan

On an annual basis, the Strategy Implementation Plan (SIP) translates EBRD's strategic directions into a three-year operational plan on how the Bank will deliver on its transition mandate whilst safeguarding its financial sustainability and managing its resources in an efficient manner. The SIP also includes the Bank’s annual budget and Corporate Scorecard.
