Provision of a senior loan to Santander Leasing S.A. under the Poland GEFF Leasing Framework.
The proceeds will be used to provide financing in form of sub-loans or leases.
The proceeds of the loan will be used to provide financing to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises ("MSMEs") in Poland for energy and resource efficiency, renewable energy, water and waste management sub-projects, through private businesses, that stimulate green economy transition. The eligible sub-projects will cover a broad spectrum of technologies and will be selected according to technical, financial and environmental eligibility criteria.
