The instrument aims improving the management of SMEs through business advice in areas such as strategy, marketing, management information systems, HR, management, financial management and quality management. Under Instrument 3, the activities will be implemented by local advisors as well as by international experts who will be recruited to improve the competitiveness of the SME sector through the transfer of skills, tools and know-how.
