Jenny Grey

Jenny Grey is Managing Director, Human Resources and Organisational Development at the EBRD.

Jenny Grey is a British national with extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation and navigating complex crisis scenarios. She has a strong track record of driving market leading culture and performance initiatives, as well as regulatory change programmes.

Before her current appointment, Ms Grey served as Chief Operating Officer for Citi’s global Securities Services business. Prior to that, she was Global Head of Accountability, Culture and Talent Transformation, where she led a global programme focused on talent strategy, performance management, workforce planning and decision-making and governance. Ms Grey also previously held the role of EMEA Head of Human Resources, overseeing a workforce of 30,000 employees across 55 countries over the time of the pandemic.

Earlier in her career, she held a number of public sector roles, including as Executive Director for Communication for the UK Government based in the Cabinet Office and 10 Downing Street and as Director of Strategy and Communications for the NHS National Patient Safety Agency.

Ms Grey holds a First Class degree in English Language and Literature from Durham University and an MSc in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics.

She has observer status on the Bank’s Executive Committee.
