16th Annual CGDF Network Meeting: Navigating the Shifting Landscape

The Corporate Governance Development Framework is a joint initiative adopted by 33 Development Finance Institutions (DFIs).

At its centre is a common approach on how to address corporate governance risks and opportunities in (DFI) investment operations. The effort is managed by a working group of DFI members.

Hosted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in 2025, the annual CGDF conference is a key event for the Corporate Governance Development Framework signatories. It provides a great opportunity for DFI staff and corporate governance practitioners worldwide to exchange ideas, share experiences, get up-to-date on new developments in the area of corporate governance and to network.

Experts and government officials are warmly invited to attend the conference. Kindly note that the second fay of the conference is reserved for CGDF signatories only. The conference will be in person only, conducted in English language, at the EBRD Boardroom, Five Bank Street, London E14 4BG, United Kingdom.
