Environmental and Social Summary

Categorised B (ESP 2014). The Bank has undertaken environmental and social due diligence on the Group in the context of previous projects which has demonstrated compliance by the Group with both national environmental and social regulatory requirements and the Bank's Performance Requirements (PRs). In the context of this new transaction, further environmental and social due diligence will be undertaken to likewise review the project against the Bank's PRs and ensure that the project is structured to meet those.
