With Taiwanese support we've provided training in sustainable practices to more than 1000 farmers

For over 10,000 years agriculture has been essential for humans to thrive. But it can also be responsible for soil degradation, green house emissions, and loss of biodiversity.

We're supporting Scandagra, an agribusiness trader and inputs supplier to farmers operating in the Baltics region, who are promoting and expanding environmentally friendly and sustainable agriculture in the Baltic states.

With support from the TaiwanBusiness-EBRD Technical Cooperation Fund, we helped the company develop knowledge sharing through training of staff on organic farming practices and other sustainability practices such as use of bio-residues.
