Project description
The project entails the provision of a senior secured loan on a project finance basis to finance the development of a 240 MW wind power project on a build-own-operate basis, in the Absheron and Khizi districts in eastern Azerbaijan.
The sponsor of the project will be the International Company for Water and Power (“ACWA Power”), an international developer of power generation and desalinated water projects.
