Project description
The project entails the provision of a senior secured loan on a project finance basis to finance the development of a 500 MW wind power project and the associated interconnection infrastructure. The project is located in Dzhankeldy, Peshku district, Bukhara region of Uzbekistan.
The sponsor of the project will be the International Company for Water and Power (“ACWA Power”), an international developer of power generation and desalinated water projects.
