Project description
A senior secured loan up to EUR 125m to Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. (the “Borrower”), a joint stock company fully owned by Grupa Azoty SA and Grupa Azoty ZCHP S.A. (“Police”). The Bank’s financing is part of a total project cost of USD 1.8bn for construction and operation of a fully integrated Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) unit and Polypropylene (PP) unit to producing propylene and polypropylene in Police, Poland (the “Project”).
