Valentina Suban benefits from access to business know-how

Valentina Suban comes from a family of tea producers. But, having trained as a pharmacist, she didn't feel ready to take on the family business, Suban. Watch the story of how she built up her confidence with support from the EBRD Women in Business programme.

The EBRD Women in Business programme has supported more than 60,000 women-led small businesses offering them a unique combination of access to finance and know-how. More than €500 million has been invested across the 18 countries where the programme operates.

The EBRD Women in Business programme in Croatia is supported by Taipei China under the EBRD Technical Cooperation Fund.
