As a woman, it’s not easy to secure finance for a business without collateral.

This is the story of how Rafaela Rica of Albania's Iceberg Communication overcame that challenge with help from the EBRD’s Women in Business programme.

We're transforming finance and advisory services for women in the Western Balkans.

Under the EBRD Women in Business Programme more than 5,000 female entrepreneurs in the Western Balkans have had access to finance, know-how and networking opportunities. This has helped them to grow and/or set up their own businesses.

The Women in Business programme in the Western Balkans is funded by Italy, Luxembourg and Sweden
