Inna Yabbarova is an Associate Director, Lead Sector Economist for Energy sector, in the Economics, Policy and Governance Department (EPG) of VP Policy and Partnership at the EBRD.
She leads the team of six energy sector economists who work closely with bankers on development of investment projects and supporting policy reform in the EBRD countries of operations in energy sector.
Before joining EPG in 2017, she was a Senior Banker in EBRD Moscow office and later an Associate Director and Government Relations Advisor. She started her career as an economist under the Ministry of Trade in Belarus.
She studied in Manchester Business School, UK; MGIMO, Russia; Minsk Linguistic University, Belarus; Trade Colleague of Belarus State Economic University.
