How one Turkish woman grew her bakery business

Aynur Gümüşsoy makes exceptional bazlama, a type of flatbread very popular in her native Kızılcahamam, a town in Turkey’s Central Anatolia. 

Recently she received a loan from Turkish lender Ișbank to grow her bakery business. 

She is one of the 17,000 women entrepreneurs in Turkey that have been helped to grow their firms under the Finance and Advice for Women in Business programme spearheaded by the EBRD, the European Union and the Turkish government.
