Project description
A USD140 million loan to Bakyrchik Mining Venture LLP (the "Borrower", "Company"), an entity 100% controlled by Polymetal International Plc (the "Sponsor"), to finance development of the Kyzyl (Bakyrchik) gold deposit (the "Project"). The loan is fully guaranteed by the Sponsor.
