Artur Radziwill is the Director for Country Economics, Strategy and Policy. Prior to joining the EBRD, he was Deputy Minister of Finance in Poland. He started his career at the Centre for Social and Economics Research (CASE), where he progressed to become Vice-President. He then joined McKinsey, where he served both public and private sector clients globally. Before his appointment to the Polish Government, he spent 5 years at the OECD studying and promoting growth-enhancing reforms. Artur holds a PhD in economics from University of London and has also studied at Columbia, Warsaw and Sussex universities.
