Project Description
A proposed €17.0 million loan to the City of Lodz to be used to upgrade sections of the Pan-European Corridor VI located within the city and the municipal streets leading to it. The loan proceeds would be used to finance the upgrading of sections of the Pan-European Corridor VI located within the City of Lodz. There would also be the development and implementation of a "best value" approach to the provision of street management services.
Transition Impact
Street management services are currently provided by municipal entities. This project will help to achieve better value through out-sourcing.

A €17.0 million general obligation loan to the City of Lodz with up to €7.0 million syndicated prior to signing.
Project Cost
Total project costs are estimated at €21.5 million.
Environmental Impact
An initial environmental examination will be carried out on this project in order to determine further environmental due diligence needs and assign an environmental category.
