EBRD strives for a high standard of sustainable development in all its operations, as reflected in its mandate, Environmental and Social Policy and Sustainability Statement, and therefore all our bonds may be considered SRI. It has, nevertheless, earmarked portfolios of green projects and social projects against which the proceeds of its Green Bonds and Social Bonds are tracked. These bonds are issued in accordance with the Green Bond Principles (“GBP”) and Social Bond Principles (“SBP”).
