Purpose of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessments
The Road Directorate of Canton Sarajevo has requested that the EBRD assist in the financing of the urban transport sector investment programme for the construction and /or expansion of three roads in Sarajevo: 1st Transversal road (3.1km); 12th Transversal road (0.9km) and South Longitudinal road (3.8km).

The ‘Disclosure Package’ for the Project includes the following documents:
- Environmental Impact Assessments for all three roads (Bosnian only)
- Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Addenda (Bosnian and English)
- Non Technical Summary (Bosnian and English)
- Resettlement and Compensation Framework (Bosnian and English)
- Stakeholder Engagement Plan (Bosnian and English)
